Believe In yourself
A Businessman was deep in debt and could not see any way out.
Creditors and Suppliers were demanding payments. He sat in the
park, deep in thought, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.
Suddenly an old man appeared before him and asked, “I can see that something is troubling you seriously”.
After listening patiently the old man said, “I believe I can help you”.
He asked the man his name, wrote out a cheque and put it into his hands saying, “Take this money, meet me here exactly one year from today… and you can pay me back at that time”.
Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.
The businessman saw in his hands a cheque for $ 500,000… signed by Warren Buffet, one of the richest men in the world.
“I can erase my worries instantly” he realized. But instead, the man decided to put the uncashed cheque in his safe, knowing that it might give him the strength to work out to save his
business and to use this only in case of dire emergency.
With changed thinking he negotiated better deals, restructured his business and worked rigorously with full zeal and enthusiasm and got several big deals. Within few months, he was out of debt
and started making money once again.
Exactly one year later he returned to the park with the un cashed cheque.
As agreed, the old man appeared.
But just as the businessman was about to hand him back the cheque and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.
“I’m so glad I caught him” she cried. “I hope he hasn’t been bothering you much. He always escapes from the mental hospital and tells people that he is Warren Buffet”, saying this she took the old man away.
The surprised man just stood there, stunned!
All year long he had been dealing thinking that he had half a million dollars behind him… Its not the money, real or imagined
that turns our life around.
It is our Self-confidence that gives us the power to achieve anything & everything that we want.

Internet Connections Through LED Light Bulbs(250 Times faster than Broadband)
I know am a bit late in posting about this Technology but This Light Fidelity(Li-Fi) amazed me too much that i can't control ma scribbling.
Oh Technology!Li-Fi, an alternative to WI-Fi that transmits data using the spectrum of visible light, has achieved a new breakthrough, with UK scientists reporting transmission speeds of 10Gbit/s – more than 250 times faster than ‘super-fast’ broadband.
The fastest speed previously reported was 3Gbit/s, achieved earlier this year by the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute in Germany. Chinese researchers also claimed this month to have produced a 150Mbp/s connection, but some experts were doubtful without seeing further proof.
Chinese scientists have invented a method to transmit internet signals through lightbulbs — or LiFi — in a method that's being hailed as a way that will allow people to go online more easily and cheaply than through traditional WiFi signals.
According to a report from state news agency Xinhua late this past week, the technology will allow up to four computers sitting under just a single one-watt LED light-bulb to go online, using a principle that allows light to carry signals instead of traditional radio frequencies.
Harald Haas from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom coined the phrase "LiFi" to refer to light communications to deliver high-speed connections similar to the more-familiar WiFi. The technology has been around for some time, but hasn't been commercially developed.
"There are around 14 billion light bulbs worldwide, they just need to be replaced with LED ones that transmit data," Hass told New Scientist in 2011. "We reckon VLC(Visible Light Communication) is a factor of ten cheaper than WiFi."
The technology could be used safely in aircraft, hospitals and other places where WiFi is not allowed, or even underwater.
Chi Nan, an information technology professor with the Fudan University in Shanghai, said the special LED lightbulbs, which will have embedded microchips, will be able to produce data as fast as 150 megabits per second, or faster than China's average broadband connections allow.
The current WiFi signal transmission equipment is expensive in China and not efficient, said Chi, leader of a LiFi research team that includes scientists from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
"As for cell phones, millions of base stations have been established around the world to strengthen the signal but most of the energy is consumed on their cooling systems," she explained. "The energy utilization rate is only 5 percent."
In addition, the number of light-bulbs that can be used is limitless.
"Wherever there is an LED light-bulb, there is an Internet signal," said Chi. "Turn off the light and there is no signal."
The technology will go on display at a China trade show next month, but the actual development is still in its experimental stage because of work still going on with key related pieces of the technology, including light communication controls and microchip design.
There are some drawbacks to LiFi, though.

PARENT'S WISH
To my dear child:
On the day when you see me old, weak and weary, have patience and try to understand me.
If I get dirty when eating, If I can not dress on my own, please bear with me and remember the times I spent feeding you and dressing you up.
If, when I speak to you, I repeat the same things over and over again, do not interrupt me. Listen to me. When you were small, I had to read to you the same story A thousand and one times until you went to sleep.
When I do not want to have a shower, neither shame nor scold me.
Remember when I had to chase you with your thousand excuses to get you to the shower?
When you see my ignorance of new technologies, help me navigate my way through those world wide webs. I taught you how to do so many things, to eat the right foods, to dress appropriately, to fight for your rights.
When at some moment I lose the memory or the thread of our conversation, let me have the necessary time to remember. And if I can not, do not become nervous, as the most important thing is not our conversation, but surely to be with you and to have you listening to me.
If ever I do not feel like eating, do not force me. I know well when I need to and when not to eat.
When my tired legs give way and do not allow me to walk without a cane, lend me your hand. The same way I did when you tried your first faltering steps.
And when someday I say to you, that I do not want to live any more, that I want to die, do not get angry. Some day you will understand. Try to understand that my age is not just lived but survived.
Some day you will realize that, despite my mistakes, I always wanted the best for you and I tried to prepare the way for you. You must not feel sad, angry nor ashamed for having me near you.
Instead, try to understand me and help me like I did when you were young.
Help me to walk. Help me to live the rest of my life with love and dignity. I will pay you with a smile and by the immense love I have always had for you in my heart.
I love you child.

Count Down Begins for India's Mars Orbiter Mission
US,Russia,China,Japan and now India is launching its inter-planetary satellite to Mars.European Space Agency (ESA) of European consortium, National Aeronautics
and Space Administration (NASA) of the US and Roscosmos of Russia are
the only three agencies which have so far sent their missions to the red
planet and now Indian Space Research Organization of India is launching its first satellite to mars this mission is named as Mars Orbiter Mission(MOM).
India’s ambitious mission to Mars moved ahead smoothly on Sunday with the 56.5- hour countdown beginning at 6.08 a.m. at the Sriharikota spaceport. The 44.4 meter tall rocket has been mounted on the pedestal of the First Launch Pad at the spaceport, covered by a 76 meter tall Mobile Service Tower, designed to withstand a wind speed of 230 km per hour. If the countdown progresses without any “hold,” the four-stage Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C25) will lift off from the first launch pad at 2.38 p.m. on Tuesday (November 5) and put the 1,350-kg Mars Orbiter in a long, elliptical earth-orbit.It is expected to reach the orbit of the red planet on September 24, 2014, after traversing 400 million km.The vehicle tracking stations at Port Blair, Bylalu near Bangalore, Brunei and sea-borne terminals on board Shipping Corporation of India's vessels SCI Nalanda and SCI Yamuna positioned at South Pacific Ocean have also been kept on alert, ISRO sources said.
ISRO has previously stated that it has ambitions to launch a manned mission by 2016, so this is just the beginning for its loftier spaceflight goals. It means now we can dream of having a cappuccino sitting in the luxurious house of ours built on mars..Can't we?? .. ;-)

EUPHORIC 4 YEARS
I still have the flashes of the day when i was missing mom's food and was consoling myself that I have to burdened this for almost four years and today i am complaining that why last 4 years passed in one blink.Days passed fast and d sems even faster.
When i look back,I remember especially those insomniac nights and our never ending laughs while watching delighted episodes of "How I met your mother"one of the best sitcoms on the air and one of the best CBS show and then next morning handling the neighbors with a sympathetic excuse"sorry uncle/aunty we were just chilling after long term of studies'(here long term means half an hr).We the party freaks, every time plan to end our party till 7:30pm at any cost and eventually we started our party at 7:30pm customarily.Hanging out at shopping malls and Coffee centers.
Decorating rooms with balloons and ribbons on B'day occasion and bringing delicious cakes and waste(for us that's the best utilization) every bit of it in snatching and applying as a facial cream on others, well someone has rightly said that the most memorable days usually ends with the dirtiest clothes.Writing legendary lab records and assignments in groups with latest gossips.Criticizing each and every folk and discovering their pet names which suits them best according to us.In short i am gonna miss every moment of ma college life and ma friends who were the main reasons and obviously the sharing partners of those memorable, craziest and happiest moments.
I know those 4 years won't come back but yeah a part of it will always be with me.The tag of an engineer taught me countless lessons.I can sense the changes in me.The changes from an emotional kiddo kinda gal to the mature one.Yeah life is changing its gear and i have to prepare ma-self for that.Only few days left and after that i have to put my first step into corporate world,Professional life will start soon.i just wish all my buddies and acquaintances all the best for their future endeavors.i hope to stay connected with you all...

Some memories never fade...
The bus was almost full still we managed two seats, gasping with delight as we discovered different tools on screen that would enhance our pictures.we adjust ourselves and ma friend grappled her earphone from her bag and settled left in mine and right one in her ear, and then she played jay Sean's Eyes on you...while murmuring 'got ma eyes on you and i see you checking me..',i was checking the fellow bus trippers. There were a great deal of stressed students(due to tiring college schedule) and a surprising amount of charged students chattering away between themselves... all clutching college bag in one hand and mobile in other,After a few stops, some of the passengers alighted and the numbers on the bus dropped down to about a dozen.
Suddenly a girl in blue dress entered in the bus as i was constantly looking at the gate so her eyes catch mine,it was too late to look away.I smiled somewhat sheepishly as I tried to think of something to say.Her eyes focused on mine for just a moment, but then she smiled, much to my relief.
as the memories of how we met flooded my mind,i closed my eyes and it drifted my mind to the first time we met.
~~~~~
"Wake up its time to get ready for college",a tall girl in white dress was trying to open the window.I looked at her tried hard to educe her name but ended up with "mmmm you...?? she smiled and said "we have to report in seminar till 9:00 am,so we will leave hostel around 8:45 am"(she blinked her eyes approx 10-12 times in between) ."Okay"i murmured.
~~~~~
This is all i can remember about our first meeting. It was the incident of first year, first semester, first day of ma college.Well,i don't remember the exact time when we became friends but yeah i get flashes of memories of how much we were close and how much she was important for me,our promises and never ending laughs.I know that things will never be the same but i can't erase these memories Bcoz Some memories never fade.

Take a journey to the year 2020-2025 future technology
Technology are advancing day by day and we are totally aware of it but can we predict our life after 5-10 years??Yes,we can and this video is all about that.
Technology in recent years has advanced very quickly. I remember just a few years ago using an Apple Computer where you had to type in commands for the computer to do anything. It also had very flimsy disks to run program, which could easily be damaged. and now we have computers that will almost run themselves. then technology changed to typing commands to click on an icon through mouse and now types of mouse, wired wireless(mechanical, optical, optomechanical).
I believe technology is the fastest growing and advancing thing in our economy today. Almost everything is based on computers or some other form of technology to run it. Computers are constantly being updated…a computer system can be out of date in a matter of months. Its not only computer though. Things like weapons technology and mobile communications i.e. cell phones, pagers, and hand-held computers (Palm Pilots),flexible screens,4k resolution,3d printing.
I have found many different types of technological advances. One

I have found many different types of technological advances. One
that I found is called food replicator. It is an object that, when first purchased, appears in the
Once placed on the lot, it adds the "Store (Meal Name)" option to all
food in the area. The replicator may then create a limited number of
replicas of any stored meal. It cannot replicate Ambrosia in its completed state. It also has an "Upgrade: Improved Memory" for Sims with Handiness, which doubles the number of replicas that can be created from 10 to 20, and may improve the quality of the replicas
Technology will
continue to grow every day, every month and every year.Soon the
technology we have now will be considered antiques and no longer be used
anywhere. Some think that eventually they will hit a point where they
can’t progress any further…but I think as long is there is technology we
will continue to improve it.

Windows 8
I am using Windows 8 and no doubt I'm feeling lucky, playful, speedy,if i have to explain it in one word its"Royal".
Internet Explorer 10 is included as both a desktop program and a touch-optimized app, and includes increased support for HTML5, CSS3, and hardware acceleration. The Internet Explorer app does not support plugins or ActiveX components, but includes a version of Adobe Flash Player that is optimized for touch and low power usage, but works only on sites included on a whitelist. The desktop version does not contain these limitations.
Windows 8 also incorporates improved support for mobile broadband; the operating system can now detect the insertion of a SIM card and automatically configure connection settings (including APNs and carrier branding), track and reduce bandwidth use on metered networks. Windows 8 also adds an integrated airplane mode setting to globally disable all wireless connectivity as well. Carriers can also offer account management systems through Windows Store apps, which can be automatically installed as a part of the connection process and offer usage statistics on their respective tile.
Windows 8 doesn't include the desktop Office apps that will be bundled with Windows RT either - although you can still install the Office 2013 Customer Preview - and of course it runs all the x86 desktop apps that won't work on RT. It also has the optional Windows Media Center, which we don't expect to be available for Windows RT.
Along with the final release, we have the final system requirements for Windows 8; much the same as for Windows 7, with some added requirements for WinRT apps
We need a 1GHz or faster CPU (it also needs to support PAE or PAE-NX Physical Address Extension for new security features in the Windows 8 kernel), 1GB of RAM (or 2GB for 64-bit systems), 20GB of hard drive space and a DirectX 9 graphics card with WDDM driver.
If you want to use the Windows Store to download WinRT apps, you need a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768, and if you want to snap two WinRT apps side by side, that goes up to a minimum of 1366 x 768.
So,Start using Windows 8 and make your PC fast and smooth, after all Speed is our first priority.
Windows
8 represents a fundamental shift in the way Windows works and is far
more touchscreen-orientated for use on tablets as well as traditional
PCs.In addition, Windows 8 takes advantage of new or emerging technologies like USB 3.0, 4Kn Advanced Format, near field communications, cloud computing, and the low-power ARM architecture. It includes new security features such as malware filtering, built-in antivirus capabilities, a new installation process optimized for digital distribution, and support for secure boot (a UEFI feature which allows operating systems to be digitally signed
to prevent malware from altering the boot process). Synchronization of
certain apps and settings between multiple devices is supported. The
real difference between this and previous versions is that Windows 8 is
finished; it's polished and smooth, with even better performance than
in the previews, and none of the rough edges left.
Online services and functionality
Windows 8 provides heavier integration with online services from Microsoft and others. Consumers should understand that 'online services' are regionally and nationally 'clipped' or 'censored'. For example, while online TV is available in the United States, such media distribution is blocked in Canada. However, blocked access to Fox Network, etc, may be compensated by improved access to Microsoft dot com services. A user can now log in to Windows with a Microsoft account, formally known as a Windows Live ID, which can be used to access services and synchronize applications and settings between devices. Windows 8 also ships with a client app for Microsoft's SkyDrive cloud storage service, which also allows apps to save files directly to SkyDrive. A SkyDrive client for the desktop and File Explorer is not included in Windows 8, and must be downloaded separately. Bundled multimedia apps are provided under the Xbox brand, including Xbox Music, Xbox Video, and the Xbox SmartGlass companion for use with an Xbox 360 console. Games can integrate into an Xbox Live hub app, which also allows users to view their profile and gamerscore.Other bundled apps provide the ability to link to services such as Flickr and Facebook.Internet Explorer 10 is included as both a desktop program and a touch-optimized app, and includes increased support for HTML5, CSS3, and hardware acceleration.
